• Target Audience: Our platform is primarily designed for students and continuous learners. By registering, you confirm that the information provided regarding your educational status is accurate.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• Ownership: All content on this platform, including but not limited to quizzes, mock tests, question banks, PDF sheets, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of DailyQuiz or its content creators.

• Usage License: Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the content for personal, non-commercial educational use.

• Strict Prohibitions: You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Recording, downloading (where not explicitly permitted), or distributing exam content or question banks.

  • Sharing your account credentials with third parties.

  • Using any content for commercial purposes or public display.

• Penalties: Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund and potential legal action under the Digital Security Act of Bangladesh.

4. Payments and Billing

• Service Provider: All financial transactions are processed securely through our payment partner, SSL Wireless (SSLCommerz).

• Pricing: All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

• Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made on our site.

5.
